By supplying this equipment our customer wants to improve the efficiency of the process of dehydration of the sludge produced in its production process and reduce the costs of treating them.

Before they had other types of conventional technologies such as centrifuges and belt filters, this type of technology did not achieve the performance desired by our customer in the treatment of sludge, for this reason did not request technical advice.

For this reason, NETWATER offered to our client a state-of-the-art Technology such as the Disctech Ring Sludge Dehydrator Nw500.301, a very efficient equipment, with lower electricity consumption, with lower operating costs, with lower maintenance costs, significantly reducing operating costs.

Netwater Technology has completed the supply of equipment for the treatment of sludge produced in an industrial sector:

  • 1 Dehydrator of sludge by rings Disctech nw100 (Flow: 1.5 – 2.5 m³/h, with a concentration of sludge at the entrance of 2%)
