- Course screen SolidTech®Nw30 , to treat Qmax 508m3 / h / Qmed 220m3 / h, with 12mm step light, main building material in AISI-316L, the installed passage light allows the retention of wipes in the first roughing, producing a notable improvement in the rest of the treatment plant’s processes.
- Fine screen FineTech®Nw60, to treat Qmax 508m3 / h / Qmed 220m3 / h, with 3mm step light, main building material in AISI-316L, the installed passage light allows the retention of very small solids, the Netwater sieve is composed of a modular filtration mesh, which significantly reduces maintenance costs.
- Weir screen WeirTech®Nw57, to treat Qmáx 508m3 / h / Qmed 220m3 / h, with 6mm passing light, main construction material in AISI-316L, a safety spill sieve has been installed before pretreatment channels, in this way if there are torrential rains or breakdowns in the pretreatment equipment and the water has to be transferred without passing through the pretreatment channels, the spillway sieve performs a previous filtering, preventing the waste from passing to the following processes of the treatment plant.
- Manual screen EasyTech®Nw10, to treat a Qmax 508m3 / h, the main construction material in AISI-316L, we have designed a support system for the waste collection basket, to prevent waste from accumulating on the coronation walls and this preserve the integrity of maintenance personnel.
Netwater Technology, through this installation, has managed to meet the needs of our client, a more efficient comprehensive pretreatment system has been installed, which is benefiting even better treatment plant performance and reduced operating costs.
