Netwater Technology, has carried out the installation of an endless compactor:

• A CompaqTech®Nw90.160 Solid Compactor Conveyor, to treat a Q = 1.4m3 / h, main construction material in AISI-304.

The main objective of this installation was to achieve:

– The renovation of existing equipment by more efficient new equipment

– Increase the compaction of solids by 30%.

Netwater Technology, through this installation, has managed to meet the needs of our client. The equipment was designed to measure. It was an existing installation, in which the improvement of automation of pretreatment was carried out.

NETWATER to meet the needs of our client, adapted the standard design of the equipment to the particularities of the work (the supports of the auger conveyor were at different levels), the start-up and installation of the equipment was made in a single day .
