These devices had been delivered to one of the most remarkable engineering of the area, with vast experience in the Barcelona district. To ensure a cost optimisation and expedite the production, it is deemed appropriate to merge the same equipment for the three projects: the flow rate difference allowed us to unify the design. In all three models a cleaning system has been installed in the compaction, transportation and filtering area, in order to upgrade the equipment efficiency.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

The equipment has been requested by one of the most remarkable engineering of the Barcelona area. The equipment provided has important improvements, focused on reducing the endless screw friction with the equipment, in order to diminish power consumption and extend the equipment useful life.

Due to the geometrical shape of the construction site, the equipment provides an unload lateral tray, because the solid collector container was placed in a lower level than the canal crest elevation.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

Netwater Technology offers a unique solution to automate the “NAVATA PUMP STATION” in GIRONA

Netwater Technology has offered a unique solution to automate the “EBAR NAVATA”, by means of the installation of a coarse screen installed in the metallic channel, just before the pumps.

SolidTech®Nw30, Coarse Screen in the “NAVATA PUMP STATION”(Girona)

At the “NAVATA PUMP STATION” our customer had previously worked with a manual filtering system, specifically through a basket installed in the inlet pipe to the pumping well.

Previously mentioned manual basket had to be extracted at least one or two days a week, in order to make sure it was extracting solids and a manual cleaning was needed.

During the process of cleaning the basket, the water entered unfiltered in the waterhole with a high solids content, such as wipes, rags, etc …

Due to this problem the 2 pumps produced a huge number of failures, which was a very serious problem for our client.

Our client is one of the most important construction companies in Spain, with local offices in Uruguay and for this project it was of utmost importance to manufacture this equipment in a very short period of time in order to meet with our client’s deadline.

So thanks to the great effort put in by all our staff and partners, we have been able to hand over the machinery in 4 weeks, as agreed.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

Netwater Technology makes a new supply of mechanical equipment for “VILAFAMÉS WWTP” in CASTELLÓN, for the filtering of fine solids and the transportation of dehydrated sludge

  1. -Rotating drum RotaTech®Nw70T.D63.50 VILAFAMÉS WWTP (Castellón)
  1. -Solids transporter and compacter CompaqTech®Nw90 for the VILAFAMÉS WWTP (Castellón).
  1. -Screw Transporter ScrewTech®Nw80 for the VILAFAMÉS WWTP (Castellón).

The supply of some mechanical equipment for the VILAFAMÉS WWTP in Castellón was for one of the most important constructors in the area.

We have supplied two equipment for the filtering of fine solids and their later compaction: Rotating drum RotaTech®Nw70T.D63.50 was designed for a flow of 108m3/h with a mesh of 1.5mm in AISI-316, which had to unload on a solid transporter and compacter CompaqTech®Nw90 that will manage the transport and compaction of the sludge with a capacity of 1.4m3/h

For this equipment we have made some improvements in level of safety and performance rate.

For the first subject we have incorporated auto switches in all the protection covers.

As for the second, the performance rate, we have increased it with a new compaction head design, which ensures greater dryness and reduction of the volume of solids.

We supply an equipment for the sludge dehydration and its transport: ScrewTech®Nw80 is solid conveyor designed for a flow of 0.7m3 in AISI-316.

It will discharge its content in a centrifuge, for this equipment we have made many improvements in aspects such as safety level, we have installed magnetic detectors in all the protection covers.

Netwater makes a new supply of two manual screens for the coarse solids waterhole of the “Cala Tarida WWTP”

Project: Cala Tarida WWTP in Ibiza (SPAIN)

Equipment supplied:

Vertical and manual screen EasyTech®Nw10

Horizontal and manual screen EasyTech®Nw12

Netwater Technology makes a new supply of mechanical equipment for the CALA TARIDA WWTP in Ibiza, for one of the most important construction companies in Spain, which also has a global presence around the world

Its main function is the filtering of coarse solids. Two EasyTech®Nw10 (vertical type anchored in the wall) and EasyTech®Nw12 (horizontal type supported in the work) have been supplied with 2 handrails, both with a mesh of 40mm, made of AISI- 316-L, which were installed in the waterhole.

In the EasyTech®Nw12 model, we have made an exclusive design for this project, which allowed to fit the vertical plates with the horizontal ones.

This way we avoided a large number of welding points and optimized the production, achieving a clean and precise design with the mesh of 40mm requested by the client.

Our customer contacted several boilermakers in the area but no boilermakers agreed to make this type of equipment, our versatility and adaptability to our customers allowed us to supply these 2 equipment, within a time frame of only 3 weeks.
