We supply the following equipment:

Netwater Technology has carried out the complete installation of a 100% automatic pre-treatment process consisting of:

• A UnivTech®Nw100 Compact Pretreatment Plant, to treat a Q = 180m3 / h, 12mm step light, main construction material in AISI-304L.
• One grid of SolidTech®Nw30, to treat a Q = 180m3 / h, work inclination at 75º, 12mm step light, main construction material in AISI-304L, installed as roughing at the entrance of the plant. Compact Pretreatment
• A solids transporter ScrewTech®Nw80.160, to transport a maximum 0.55m3 / h of waste, 35º work inclination, main construction material in AISI-304L, the function of this equipment is to collect and transport the waste that the SolidTech®Nw30 Grout has been retained and extracted from the wastewater, which is discharged onto the conveyor auger, for transportation to the upper floor.
• A sands transporter ScrewTech®Nw80.160, to transport a maximum of 0.55m3 / h of sand, 40º work inclination, main construction material in AISI-304L, the function of this equipment is to collect and transport the sands that the Saw Extractor SandTech®Nw210 has been retained and extracted from wastewater, which is discharged on the conveyor auger, for transportation to the upper floor.

The main objective of this installation was to achieve:

– Automate the pre-treatment process of the WWTP.

-Increase the retention of solids.

-Increase the retention of sand.

-Increase fat retention.

Netwater Technology, through this supply, has managed to meet the needs of our client, who has been very satisfied with our service. Some components of the installation had to be made to measure such as (The support of the endless transporter of solids installed in the point of discharge of the grid, the support of the endless transporter of sands installed in the point of discharge of the extractor of inclined sands), a flexible design has been made, to allow absorbing differences of measure in civil works.
